Bradley Daley

An Australian born artist making his mark in Europe.

Since making his debut with the English National Opera as Rodolfo/La bohème, Bradley has worked for Opera North, ENO, Holland Park Opera, Co-Opera Ireland, Muziektheatre Transparent/Belgium, Compagnia d’Opera Italiana di Milano and Opera Nomade/Paris.

In Australia, Bradley has sung major principal roles with Opera Australia, Opera Queensland, Victorian Opera and State Opera of South Australia. These include: Otello, Dick Johnson/La fanciulla del West, Canio/Pagliacci, Don José/Carmen, Florestan/Fidelio, Narraboth/Salome and Rodolfo/La bohème.

Concert performances have included Dvoràk’s Stabat Mater, Verdi’s Requiem, Puccini’s Messa di Gloria, Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9, Die erste Walpurgisnacht/Prague Music Festival, Messiah/Britten Sinfonia and Elgar’s The Kingdom and The Dream of Gerontius.

Bradley won Green Room awards for his performance as Curley/Of Mice and Men and Mao Tse-tung/Nixon in China.

Most recently, Bradley sang Pinkerton/Madama Butterfly for Opera Queensland, Sigmund/Der Ring des Nibelungen for Opera Australia and Siegfried in both Siegfried and Götterdämmerung for Kiel Opera Germany.
