
Gianna Guttilla
SOPRANOAdelaide soprano Gianna Guttilla is a recent graduate of a Master of Music Studies in Performance Voice at Griffith University and previous graduate of a Bachelor of Music in Classical Voice + Honours from the Elder Conservatorium. She has performed the roles of Lauretta (Gianni Schicchi, Co-Opera) Eurydice (Underworld, QCGU), Gretel (Hansel and Gretel, Voxalis Opera) and Suor Genovieffa (Suor Angelica, QCGU). Gianna also partook in the 2023/2024 Queensland Art Song Festival Masterclass series with Baritone Benjamin Appl, Sholto Kynoch, Tenor Andrew Goodwin and Soprano Alexandra Flood. Gianna is also the recipient of the 2023 Doreen Ord and Lyceum Club Prize and the 2024 Elizabeth Muir and Linda Edith Allen Postgraduate prizes. She has also worked within the Adelaide Festival Chorus in Christian Spuck’s 2023 production of Verdi’s Messa da Requiem and Robert LePage’s 2024 production of Stravinsky’s The Nightingale and other Fables, as well as a 2024 artist in the Lisa Gasteen National Opera Program.
