Masterclass Series 2024

A wonderful opportunity to peek behind the scenes of an opera performer’s training.

From stage craft to audition practice, from technique to role preparation, State Opera South Australia’s 2024 Masterclass Series offers a wide range of subjects, harnessing the experience and knowledge of some of the best in the business.

Participants in the tuition-free opportunities are selected from State Opera’s pool of young and emerging artists, who receive coaching and mentoring to assist them in reaching their artistic and professional goals.

Thanks to the support of the Friends of State Opera, limited spots to assist as observer are available and open to the public, with all proceeds from ticket sales funding future training opportunities for artists.

All masterclasses will take place at the State Opera Studio, 216 Marion Rd, Netley SA.

Tickets:

  • General Admission $22
